When booking a safari with Ekuja Hunting Safaris, a hunting contract will be sent to you explaining all the terms and conditions as well as the cost for your safari, leaving you with no unpleasant surprises at the end of your trip.
A deposit (50% of the daily rate) is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be forfeited should the booking be cancelled less than six months before the hunting date. The balance of the daily rate is payable before your date of arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. All animals taken or wounded will be charged for.
INCLUDED IN OUR DAILY RATES:
Our services as licensed professional hunters and hunting outfitter.
Highly qualified camp staff, including skinners, trackers and camp assistants.
Accommodation in fully-equipped safari camps – including full board.
Complete meals, soft drinks, and soft beverages served in camp.
Laundry done daily.
Pick up and drop off at the International Airport closest to the area of the hunt, unless stated on quotation as an extra cost.
Ground transportation within the hunting area.
Pre-taxidermy field preparation of all trophies.
Transportation of trophies to taxidermist, or Dip/Pack agent within Namibia.
EXCLUDED IN OUR DAILY RATES:
Trophy fees paid at the conclusion of safari on animals killed and wounded.
Alcoholic Beverages.
Taxidermy work on trophies.
Rifle hire (firearms may be rented at $50 per day). Ammunition available at cost.
Hotel accommodations before and after the safari.
Gratuities for staff, telephone calls and curio purchases.
Namibia – Value Added Tax of 15% on Daily Rate Only.
